Drawing on years of mentorship under her father, Maria skillfully navigated the company through challenging times following his passing in late 2010. With determination and a strategic mindset, she continued to secure contracts and submit bids, ensuring the business thrived. Maria excels at identifying the industry's needs and crafting effective solutions for all, whether for first-time Owner Operators or larger enterprises aiming to scale.
